GLUTEN FREE

Conventional poultry feeds are made with wheat and other grains as a    low-cost filler.  People with gluten intolerance or celiac disease avoid gluten in their diet.  Anecdotal evidence suggests layers fed wheat can transfer the gluten protein to the egg.

Prairie Melody™ Poultry Feed does not use wheat or other gluten-containing grains in our feed.  Our mixes use only gluten-free and Non-GMO corn and soybeans.  We hope this helps you enjoy your eggs more!
